2. Services

Andrewelico Co. provides portable toilet rentals, restroom trailers, hand wash stations, and related sanitation services in Clarksville, TN and surrounding areas. Service availability is subject to scheduling and location.

3. Rental Agreements

All rentals are governed by a separate written rental agreement, which controls in case of any conflict with these Terms.

4. Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment is due per invoice terms. Late payments may incur fees.

5. Damage & Liability

Customer is responsible for damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or improper site conditions. Andrewelico Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may incur a fee.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
